U.S. Lentil Smoothie
- 120 g U.S. Red Lentils (Canned or Cooked)
- 120 g Mango
- 130 g Pineapple
- 100ml Apple Juice
- 10 g Coconut Oil (According to Taste)
- 1 g Turmeric Powder
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves and sprinkles of turmeric.
