Food & Hotel Vietnam 2022, held on 7-9 December, is the 11th international food & drink, hotel, restaurant, bakery and food service equipment and supplies organized in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It gathered more than 300 leading domestic and foreign enterprises with 22 international pavilions from around the globe, including U.S. Pulses together with 8 other U.S. cooperators.

Vietnamese chefs from Gourmet Solutions conducted a live cooking demonstration at our booth featuring 3 recipes: “Garbanzo Beans Salad with Peanut Dressing”, “Whole Green Pea Tart”, and “Meat Balls with Baked Beans”.
