Ingredients
Makes: 350 g
- 290 g U.S. Lentils (Canned or Soaked and Cooked)
- 10 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 g Dark Sesame Oil
- 6 g Chopped Garlic
- 3 g Curry Powder
- 5 g Lime Juice
- 35 g Vegetable Stock (+ -)
- 2 g Chili Powder (+ -)
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste White Ground Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Slice Chili or Paprika Powder
Directions
- In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into a serving dish and garnish with olive oil and sliced chili or paprika.
Serve with crackers, crudités, or pita bread.
