Ingredients
Makes: 400 g
- 160 g U.S. Chickpeas (Canned or Soaked Cooked and Peeled)
- 160 g Ripe Avocado Flesh
- 25 g Tahini
- 15 g Lime Juice
- 5 g Chopped Garlic
- 50 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste White Ground Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Paprika
Directions
- In a blender combine U.S. Chickpeas, avocado, tahini, lime juice, and garlic.
- Add olive oil slowly.
- Purée until smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Pour into a serving dish and garnish with olive oil and sprinkle of paprika.
- Serve with crackers, crudités, or pita bread.
